Kendes Management is preparing to expand into New Jersey. Services are not yet available in the state, but owners can register interest now and we will reach out as plans are finalized.
Our planned New Jersey expansion will bring the same disciplined management process we use in Columbus: careful onboarding, thoughtful leasing, coordinated maintenance, and transparent owner reporting.
Specific service areas, timelines, and offerings will be announced once operations are in place. Until then, we are not accepting management agreements for New Jersey properties.
