Everything for your home, in one place.

Rent, maintenance, documents, and messages are managed in your TenantCloud resident account. Choose what you need below; TenantCloud opens in a new tab.

Emergency maintenance

For fire, gas leaks, or any immediate danger, call 911 first. For urgent issues such as flooding, no heat in winter, or a total loss of power, call the emergency line rather than submitting an online request.

Help

Resident questions.

Payments, maintenance requests, lease documents, and messages all require your own TenantCloud resident account. Kendes never asks for your TenantCloud password, and your tenant, payment, and lease information stays inside TenantCloud.

How do I access TenantCloud?

After your lease is signed, Kendes sends a TenantCloud invitation to the email address on your lease. Follow that link to create your resident account, then use Resident Portal Login on this page any time. If you did not receive an invitation, check your spam folder and then contact us so we can resend it. Password resets are handled on the TenantCloud sign-in page.

How do I pay rent?

Sign in to your TenantCloud account and open Payments. From there you can make a one-time payment, set up automatic payments, and review your payment history. Kendes does not accept card or bank details on this website.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Sign in to TenantCloud and open Maintenance. Describe the issue and add photos if you can, so the request is logged, assigned, and tracked. For emergencies, call the emergency line instead of submitting an online request.

How do I view my lease documents?

Your lease, addenda, and shared documents are stored securely in TenantCloud. Sign in and open Documents to view or download them.

How do I contact management?

For anything related to your tenancy, send a message through Messages in TenantCloud so the conversation stays on record. For general questions, you can also reach us through the Kendes contact page.
